So how is your weather???

Hi,
I'm sitting here in Hobart Washington, its not only raining it is windy. so our rain is blowing sideways. I had to leave this morning and as soon I got home I hurried to the Dis. board. I love reading about the great weather and the wonderful ship we will be on in about 8 weeks. Our weather today even makes our up coming trip more fun to plan.
I was just wondering what kinda weather everyone else is enjoying right now??

It is COLD in NJ with no end in sight. We have been spoiled with mild winters but this year is downright cold.The temps have not been above freezing in a while.
What I would do to go on a cruise right now.......Sigh>>>>

Its 3 degrees here with a -13 degree windchill. I should be working right now, but I can't concentrate as we fly to Orlando on Friday!

it is unbelievable here. The forecast for tonight is 50 BELOW, and tomorrow's high will be 35 BELOW. Ugh!

How was the Carnival Pride, I see you went this Jan. We are going in May 2003. I have an 18 & 19 year old and last trip on Disney Wonder in June 2002, they were bored so we thought we would give the Pride a try.

The 18-20 year old group is hard to do things for anyway.

I didn't realize Iowa got that cold. I guess I should stop complaining about single digits and low teens.

Well, it's a balmy 32 degrees and snowing here in Eastern Washington. The rain from Hobart is turning to snow on this side of the mountains. We had about 3 inches yesterday and have another 3 or so on the ground today. We had gone with virtually no snow at all up until now.

About 10 weeks left for us! Just not sure I can wait that long!

Well it's freezing here in (Staten Island) NY. I want, sun, warmth and flowers. I hate this. I had the option of going to Florida President's week and instead chose Easter (before our July cruise and OKW stay). I am regretting it now because I really, really need warm air. Can you tell how desperate I am.

It's a positively balmy 23 degrees here in coastal New Jersey! It actually got warm enough on Sunday that some of the ice melted. I was so excited that I went outside to watch it melt!

Oh, to be back on Wonder (Dec. 7, 2003!)

Today it's a high of 15 ( with - 15 to - 25 wind chills tonight ) in central Illinois. Last year at this time I was enjoying 80-85 while touring the Carribean on the Magic.

With the wind chill factor we are experiencing 0 degree temps. But, alas, I will be saved from all this because:

WE LEAVE FOR OUR DISNEY WONDER CRUISE IN 3 DAYS!!!!!

Whew! I just needed to do that. Please forgive the self indulgence.

But, with temps looking cold in Florida and the Bahamas I am beginning to doubt the clothes I have chosen for my boys (9, 5). Any suggestions? How cold will the nights be? Recent cruisers to the Bahamas please, I need suggestions.

The last 2 days were beautiful here in Leesville, LA with highs in the upper 60s. This morning, however, it was about 30 with a high today of 45!! Big difference, huh?

As previous IL posters have stated the wind chill tonight is going to get really chilly -30 below. Bring out the ear muffs, to bad they are not Mickey ears. Oh, well 95 more days and we will be in sunny Florida. Bring on the Sunshine

-40's windchill here 2, last 2 1/2 days. Tomorrow will be a balmy
-15c....I am booking for March, can't take anymore. Everyone at least will still remember us on the Magic(I hope) Disembarked 2 weeks ago, seems like 2 months ago! Pipes are frozen in my stable, had enough, moving to Orlando! (At least I'll get a FLA residents discount!haha)

Go to www.acuweather.com and you can check the weather in the Bahamas, or anywhere else.

Here is South Jersey it is 21 degrees, wind chill of 9. Going down to 10 tonight, don't want to think of that wind chill.
