So, how good is Flame Tree Barbecue?

We ate at Flame Tree twice on our trip in August. We both thought the food was quite good. We had the pulled pork sandwich and chicken. The sauce was tasty, the meat tender, and the beans were perfect. The little chocolate cake was a nice topper!

I think it's one of the best CS meals at Disney. Sounds like some people have hit there on bad days and that's unfortunate. DH and I ate there before but last trip we had 7 of us there with quite a variety of foods and everyone thought it was great.

Flame Tree is great. I've had bbq in all the meccas, KC,NC,Memphis, Texas, and think FT holds its own. The only other place I've ever eaten at AK is at Donald's breakfasts, both -asaurus and Safari. And speaking of Safari, the Safari Ale at FT is pretty good too.
