DS9 is leaving Fri. morning for a 2 week trip to Florida with his Aunt, my DSIL. While there they will spend a week at Disney, and visit Busch Gardens, Sea World, Gatorland and the Atlantic ocean.
DS does not know this yet, but one of his previous teachers has arranged a special tour for him at Sea World, teacher is friends with one of the higher ups there. DS will be shocked and excited he is a big shark and marine life nut.
DS has had a rough year this past year, he struggles ADHD, OCD and depression. Back in March he got a knife and said he was going to kill himself and his younger brother, so we have been doing therapy once a week to help him. We have been seeing the therapist, and a psyciatrist, he has also had his meds adjusted. After a lot of work and support on everyones part he is back to his happy self. Even though this trip was planned before things got rough it is a great way to end the school year for him.
