so fed up with disney's online sites - help!!

i am not a big disney critic. still happy with the parks, restaurants and even willing to give fp+ the benefit of the doubt for our upcoming trip. that being said i am so fed up with disney's websites. i have been trying to do online check in and enter magical express information for three days and constantly get an error message!! this is a consistent problem at the dvc website but also on my disney experience. what gives?? i am all for getting current with the technology of the times but why can't it ever work! what am i missing?
