We didn't stay at the Fort but at Pop last fall over Labor Day! Crowd level was down, kids back in school, but it was still hot! But... we enjoyed the pool more than the time we came in October. It was cold. Even the lifeguard was complaining that Disney hadn't turned the heater on, and wouldn't until November. Plus we cut our October vacation short, from going to beach afterwards because of a hurricane! LOL!
