Finally booked our October trip to WDW.

Hubby thinks we are staying at POP, but I booked POR! We stayed there many, many years ago when it was Dixie Landings.

Can't wait and hoping for free dining.

Now trying to decide whether to do MNSSHP or not!

IF my DH is expecting Pop - we should BE AT Pop.
If he's expecting POR - then go to POR.

We just came back from POR last week. We also love it! The resort is being refurbished and all the rooms should be completed by your arrival!

SNEAKY !...I love it... I'm always doing stuff like that....Last year was the best...Up until the last week b-4 our Jersey week vacation. No one knew we were going, but Me and my work.( Had to put in a request for vacation time).It kinda was a milestone for us, being we've been together for 20 years, so I thought I'd do something nice....Handled all the arrangements, from:
1:Resort: POR
2:Food: Free dining----> ADR's in advance
3:Transportation: Car service to Airport
4lane tickets: Done

The best was when we would be just sitting around the house watching T.V. and a disney commercial would pop up, & I'd be like man I wish we were going, or Wish we were there n stuff. At first she would be like We can't go every year...Then lata on she would be like, yea me too, I wish we were going..I didn't want to tell, till we got to airport but, hell I couldn't do the packing,*(DIDN'T know what to pack or not pack) so when I did tell her needless to say ( Totally Surprised ).The kids didn't find out till we were about to board the plane...They thought we were going to Great wolf Lodge in Wisconsin for a few days..Soo funny when we were boarding they kept saying we're getting on the wrong plane...Classic....Tricking is soooo much funn

It is alot of fun being sneaky! I just hope I can keep the secret!

Since we always drive to WDW, hopefully he won't know until I guide him to POR!

The only thing I'm worried about is the bus service. We have been spoiled by bus service at POP since they don't share the bus with another resort.

Really looking forward to the boat ride to DTD.

The resort will more than compensate for the bus service...The only really horrible time was right when Fantasmic is finished...Then it's a mad scramble ..Usually 6 or 7 bus wait...Thats the only terrible time, otherwise it's ok...Boat ride is very nice though... placeis gorgeous Other than CSR this is close 2nd..
