Yesterday I got the bright idea of going to WDW for my birthday (2/3). From Newark to Orlando, Continental was $153!! Then I was able to get Narcoossee's for my special birthday dinner. I was hoping the good times would roll and that we'd pull off a 1br @ BLT but we settled for a studio at VWL instead. Good times, I love last minute trips!!

Great airfare and a great time to go - settling for a studio at VWL isn't really settling though - have a wonderful birthday.

Actually, today I got an e-mail from a DCuz inviting me to stay with her/them at the BCV! She's not DVC, but got a great rate for BCV 2 bedroom. I'm real close to booking my air. Will you be in WDW February 19 - 22, our dates?

Totally get it!!!! I banked my 2009 points so had a bunch extra and figured that I would rent them all out including my 2010 points. I found a lovely family that has never been and in our lengthy discussions....have unofficially become their WDW guide. Well.....all of that Disney talk got me too excited and I used some of my points to book eight nights LV BLT Studio and am hoping to do two nights at the Poly (40% military discount). My youngest son has always dreamed of staying there and it is his last year as a child per Disney so we are taking advantage of the QSDP. MY DS14 is excited for the refillable mug and 2 snacks/ day. He is easy.....snacks and DisneyQuest.

Wow - have I great time and let me know how you like to counter service plan - we may try that next time. BTW- they say the first step to recovery is admitting that you have a problem - but I see no problem.
