So excited just made Final Payment on First Ever Planned Disney Trip

AM so excited just made our FINAL PAYMENT on our FIRST EVER planned Disney Trip (my mother has always planned them in the pass) and BOY our TRIP will be so NOT be "my mothers"!!! LOL. ( I am bouncing around like a Tigger on a Sugar Rush ) Would love to hear from others about how they felt the day they made their final payment on their first planned trip?

Congratulations!! I remember planning and paying for our first trip by ourselves. It was such a relief. It seemed more official after that. Have a great time and just go with the flow.

Hi and congratulations!! Our first trip was offsite & our first time flying so I was excited & nervous!! But since we started returning every year I got the Disney Visa- 6 months interest free to pay. So not quite the "rush" you'd get otherwise, but it is still a great feeling when I am booked & know we're heading to our own special "escape from reality"!! Hope you have a GREAT vacation!!!

I've not made payments before (loooonnnng story) but I can only imagine the rush of it all!

I do remember when my sister was taking her trip the year before last. We were able to make "donations" to her account for birthday and Christmas presents. She would log in and see $x less owed and it was fun for us to help pay for her trip.
