So excited - BCV

Today was our 7 month window and we were able to snag 7 nights at BCV in a studio. I am so excited to stay here for the first time. We are trying for a 3 week trip with a week at 3 different resorts. Week 1 - BCV, Week 2 will hopefully be AKV, and Week 3 at BLT.

Oh you will love it. We love the rooms that over look the villa pool. We always requist them when we get there. Here are some pics of the main pool.

I would LOVE to stay at BCV!! I asked my oldest where he would like to stay next time (we are OKW vets) and he said BCV. Very hard to get a reservation though.... glad you got what you wanted!!

We've stayed at the Boardwalk a few nights, but mostly stay at OKW like I said... I would love to try BLT also. Post a trip report in 7 months when you get back! I don't know why, but AKV just DOES NOT excite me at all... I think the rooms feel dark and gloomy compared to my tropical, laid back feel of OKW. (This assumption, of course, based soley on photos of the rooms. No offense to any AKV lovers!!)

Wow 3 weeks at Disney, have a blast!

We have done two weeks the past two summers (at SSR and BLT) and are excited to try 3 weeks. We take things at a very slow pace with a 5yo who loves swimming. Stormalong Bay was a huge draw for us as well as the close proximity to Epcot.

I have to agree that the theme at AKV did not appeal to me at first, even after touring the models. However, the more I look at pictures and hear people talk, the more I want to try it for myself.

Congrats on your stay at BCV....AND, I am very jealous that you will be in Disney for 3 whole weeks!!!! We will be staying at BCV in May for 9 nights and I am equally excited about it. We had stayed in the regular BC resort last December and fell in love with the whole Epcot resort area, plus there is nothing like Stormalong Bay, it is our family's favorite pool on Disney property. The funny thing is, we got BCV on our 7 month window too and it was really easy for me to reserve it. Maybe it was the fact that I was on the phone with MS everyday at 9am sharp making sure I secured my reservation....or it may be the fact that early May (going from 5/5-5/14) is a slow time to go . Oh well, have a wonderful time and take lots and lots of pictures so you can post them when you come back.

We are counting down the days to our 1st stay at BCV....18 very long days....we were able to get our ressie at 7 months as well Have a wonderfull trip...Shawn
