I'm not sure the topless part is an error. Watch the early animations of Minnie and she isn't wearing a top, just the skirt. There have also been other pins with Minnie wearing skirt only. I guess the error is she's not wearing her hat w/ flower.

But her eyelash is definetly in the wrong place.

Lynnie, my first thought involved the flag, too. Not only aren't there enough stars but there aren't enough stripes either. But I see what everyone's saying about Minnie.

Hope, that's true about Minnie being topless, but that Minnie was white-faced. Usually the pink-faced Minnie is fully clothed.

It is a LE 100 pin from Disney Auctions... I saw them after Mario had added them to pin pics. I like this pin but noticed that Minnie was topless. And really had a bad eyelash day going... It almost looks like they made two Mickeys and then realised they made a mistake...
