The minute we decided to book this vacation I jumped on the WDW site and ordered the planning video. The last one we had was from 2008 and we've watched it so much it was time for a new one.

So these last 2 weeks we have patiently(yeah right waited for our video. Checking the mail with excitement everyday.
Well today it came!!!!
We pulled it open and read through all the literature that was in it...ooogling the pictures. then the finale....we popped the video in just to find out....

it was in spanish. Which would be great if any of us spoke spanish well enough to follow it. But, we started to watch it anyway....just to notice that it is exactly the same as the 2008 video.

We leave in 20 days, I won't bother to order another one

I've noticed that the last 3 years they're mostly the same with very little new material added. Of course, that doesn't stop me from watching it. But in another language I don't understand....likely not.

You can turn on English subtitles. Seriously though, my kids love watching some of the shows on our Spanish channels and we just pop on the subtitles and my older 2 read along.

We have 3 or 4 of them...honestly since the fun one around the 50th anniversary of Disneyland, with the 4 people running around the parks (the main female was on Law and Order a few weeks ago! and the guy who talked about leisure time is in a commercial for direct TV or something like that!), they've all been boooooring. And just about the same.

I'm hoping for something different next year. I guess since at least 2 of the 4 actors in that old DVD now have growing careers they won't be back, sigh....

You can make your own planning video on-line. It lets you add what you want to include. They sent me a link. I will try to find it for you.

I ordered my planning video last May or June for my September/October trip. It finally came in the mail about two weeks ago. It's a good thing I'm planning on going again!
