So disappointed we won't have our customized shirts

I customized shirts for my family thru a respectable store and turns out they aren't gonna be ready for our trip first week of December. I thought, from what the literature said, they would of been ready 7-10 days...I even took in consideration the thanksgiving holiday.
I am so sad and disgusted of the money I spent and when I call they say there is nothing they can do.
I guess I should of just waited and done downtown disney tee shirt shop.
My only hope is they arrive a day or two after we get to disney and maybe my folks can overnight the shirts .......
Or just enjoy the shirts at home..although it defeats the whole purpose of shirts at disney..
I'm sick about the whole thing......thanks for letting me vent.....

I know it doesn't help with the lost expense, but you could make your own shirts with some designs from the DISigners here on the boards. You can get inexpensive shirts at Michaels, some iron-on transfers and have a grand old time. It's really quite easy to make your own. I do it for every trip.

Did they tell you that they would be done on time? T-shirt shops are the most unreliable businesses I've ever dealt with. Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

did they give you an estimated date of delivery when you placed the order?

I would cancel and get a refund.
