So confused about MB, FP+, and Memory Maker

Hey guys, hoping someone can help because I'm having trouble wrapping my head around exactly what I will and won't be able to do. Haven't been to WDW since high school. Here's my situation for my family of 4:

4/5 - 4/7 --- Wilderness Lodge

6/4 - 6/5 --- AoA
6/5 - 6/10 --- Swan
6/10 - 6/15 --- AKV

12/11 - 12/14 --- BWV
12/24 - 12/29 --- Swan

3/29/15 - 4/5/15 --- Unknown disney resort (not booked yet, but plan is to go during spring break)

Plan is to get a premium annual pass on 4/5 to cover all these trips.

Questions:

  1. Can I make FP+ reservations for my first 4/5-4/7 stay even though I don't have tickets yet? Can I buy the voucher and use that?
  2. As I understand it, some AP holders have been able to make FP+ reservations even when they weren't staying at a Disney resort, but only after staying at one Disney resort. If this is true, I should be able to make FP+ selections for my future stays at the Swan, correct?
  3. It appears that to get Memory Maker you have to be staying at a disney resort and have tickets. But is there any way for me to get it for our 3-way split stay in June? (AoA-Swan-AKV) Or does staying at the Swan in the middle screw things up?

Thanks so much for any light you can shed on this. I talked to two different CMs on the reservation lines, and both of them thought I wouldn't be able to use Memory Maker at all because of having the annual pass vs. actual park tickets. I just can't believe that's the case.

1a. No.
1b. Yes. Order the AP as "Will Call." Then, use the confirmation number in your MyDisneyExperience.
2. Correct.
3. I don't know anything about MM. Sorry.

You don't need to be staying at a Disney resort to purchase MM. If you're on-site you'll use your MB, if you're off-site you'll have an RFID card.

We'll have MB with the annual pass, do you know if that will work for MM on the days we aren't staying at a Disney resort?

Thanks!

Did you ever get an answer to the bolded part? We have a spilt stay (with AP) as well and I'm hoping MM will still work with the MB when we leave Disney Resort and are staying off property!

MM will work no matter where you're staying. You don't have to be staying at a Disney resort.

Once activated, MM will be good for 30 days. Any pictures taken within those 30 days, will be included in your package price.

The pictures expire 45 days from the DATE THEY ARE TAKEN.

If you purchase MM before your June trip, it should work for all the dates you have listed.

You can purchase a one time extension for $15 and it will extend the expiration of the pictures to 60 days instead of 45.

Make sure you link your MM purchase to your MDE account.
