I have called two times and gotten three different answers...

We have the GAD vouchers and are considering using them to get the FP cards. On here, I am seeing that most people are getting to use them for 3 rides in the Donald group and 3 rides in the Daisy group per day. Am I right?

However, when I have called and asked, one answer was that I get to use them once for every ride listed in each group. Another answer was that I get to use them 4 times for each group, and the latest answer was that I get to use them 2 times per group(after consulting with their manager). What in the world? :confused3 Can you please give the RIGHT answer? It is really bad that these people are all giving out different information. They don't have a clue and have had to ask managers, but I'm still getting different answers! Please help!

Also, if we park hop, is the FP card only good for the first park we go to that day?

Any help would be much appreciated!!!

The people who answer the phones don't work in the parks and aren't involved in day to day operations. The people who have the details on how the GAD FPs are handled within the parks are the people who work in the parks - specifically, the Guest Relations and Ticketing CMs.

Since the first reports, the GAD FPs have ALWAYS given 3 FPs per group, at each park. No one has reported differently.

Does that mean it will be 3 when you get them? No. But it is HIGHLY LIKELY it will be 3.

They had all last year with the Birthday Fastpass to see the impact and judge what the ideal numbers were, and even with the potential for more FPXC usage in a given day with GAD, they do not appear to be adjusting this at all based on crowd levels.

Yes, the FP card is only good at the park where it is issued, and only on that date. Like Doconeill said, Disney states that the FP cards are good for 2-4 Donald and Daisy rides per FP card, but all reports on the DIS are that the FP cards have three Donald and three Daisy credits. This has included the very busy Spring Break weeks.

In case you haven't seen it, Doconeill has developed a great resource for understanding the GAD FP cards:

When we went to HS and had GAD FPs, we were able to use all 3 of our Donalds for Toy Story Mania. We didn't need them for anything else so it was great to be able to use all 3 for one ride. We used GAD FPs in each park and always got 3 and 3. All parks allowed them to be used multiple times on one ride.

Have fun!

The Fastpass Exchange Card is valid only at the Park where it is issued and only on the day it is issued. You will only get cards for members of your party age three or older who are present with you at the window when you redeem the GAC Voucher.

You will also receive a sheet of paper which indicates which attractions you can use the FEC at that day. The rules and limitations vary by park and by various arcane methods, not the least of which is the phase of the Moon.

I'm here now and here's the deal. They are only doing three and three for this promotion no 4's or 2's. I actually talked to Guest Services about this yesterday.

What I did learn, and may have been posted already, is you CAN NOT use two vouchers in the same day at two different parks. In other words, you can not activate your voucher at EPCOT in the morning then go to Magic Kingdom in the afternoon and activate another voucher from another member of your party. It's only one voucher per day for the fast pass option.

Also, the fast pass machines DO indeed work during EMH for sure at EPCOT. I don't know about Magic Kingdom but I was told they do not at MK Guest Services.

I'd note that they could still change it...but they have seen no reason to do so.

Actually, you CAN, but it takes a supervisor to override the system to allow you to. Several people have done this. Whether they have actually set a policy now to not override it any longer I'm not sure. I'm also not sure why they would have this restriction anyways, unless there is concern that someone with a lot of eligible vouchers might try and sell the FPXCs. They certainly don't specify any such restriction in the FAQ.

As you saw below, you can get different answers at different locations - even at Guest Services.

This may be dependent on whether or not Fastpass is active at the attraction, although they could still accommodate you even if it is inactive. This falls back to what the attractions CMs know/don't know, which is even more variable.

Best advice I can give is try, and take any negative response in stride - and try again later.
