Howdy, Folks!
I figure in about 72 hours, we'll be finding parking in the USO garage and getting our gear together for a day at the parks!!!
Wow. So very much to do. Today is my list-making day and day to get the luggage out, as well as my most favorite part of the "packing ritual"; getting out the theme park backpack covered with our flair.
Ahhh...good things
We'll be spending four days at USO/IOA, three at WDW and one day (our anniversary day) shopping, getting massages at our timeshare spa, dinner at Tchoup Chop and ... well, the rest is private
90 percent of our dining will be at USO/IOA/CW because last year during the free DDP at WDW, it was just a mess. I'm so glad, too, that we made this decision this year because now it appears the menus are changing to be more, ahem, "mainstream," during the free DDP this year. We're very much looking forward to our old favorites (O'Brien's, NBA, HRC, Finnegan's), as well as trying out some new places for us (Mythos, Coconuts and Bubba Gump's).
Will be checking out Scandal and Rick Springfield on Saturday night. I'm sure it will be a blast. Nightly hurricanes and a strong beer with lunch will also be on our agendas. Never hurts to bring along a bottle of Grey Goose for good measure, as well.
Geez, when are DH and I going to grow up? I just don't understand. We're both professionals by day, hard workers, no kids (by choice), I own a court reporting agency and work my tired little fingers to the bone (literally), own our home, have two well-behaved labs, but the night before our Orlando trip, we both just lay in bed all night lifting our heads up to look at the clock waiting for 6:00 a.m. so we can jump out of bed and go.
Now that I think about it, I don't think I want to grow up
Will report back with plenty of info!!!
