(thanks floridafam for the fraud alert info!)...I notice they have down as one of my addresses a street in Jersey City, NJ...never lived in JC. I guess now I have to try to find out how that got there. Has this happened to anyone? What was the outcome?

no, you don't have to try and find out how it got there.

All you have to do is report it to the Credit Bureaus as false information and require them to remove it.

It has happen to me and hubby... Hubbys says he lives in Orlando... would be nice but we are in NJ. Mine also has an address in a different town. You call call and dispute it and they will remove it.

Is there any credit reports out there, where you don't have to sign-up and then cancel in 30 days. Every site I go to has that-now I think that is fraud.

That could be because of the last names and/or same previous address

We have had problems for a few years.. my brother in law rented a house, when he moved out hubby and I lmoved in, after we moved out another BIL moved in (This landload had is great for a few years lol)

Since we all have the same last name we I have gotten mail at my 2 BIL's houses, there address' have shown up on my Credit report and somehow my husband is now registed to vote in a different town at one BIL's address

It get nuts but for the most part it is the junk mail we seem to get at each others house.

It doesnt means credit fraud has been commited.. I think its the PO most of the time and the if mail is returned to a creditor.

The same thing happen to me, because our soc security numbers were "linked" when we owned our home when we were married. It seems like whatever address they have for him they applied to my credit report as well. I just called and had it removed as I never lived there, and did not want that listed on my report.
This is how you get mailers for credit cards etc for your ex at addresses where they never lived. The companies that sell your information do not know that the information is incorrect. My ex-husband and I have been divorced for 10 years, he never lived in the house where my present husband and I live, but I can not count how many credit card applications still come addressed to my ex-husband at my address.
