So Annoyed with Disney!!!

I am soooo annoyed with Disney - several weeks ago when we phoned up for something else we ask when we could book the Segway tour. I was meant to be doing this as a present for the bestman and usher at our wedding. We were told 90 days before the day we actually want the tour was when we could book it.

We want the tour on the 4th December - so i worked out 90 days before to be the 6th Sept - so Wednesday - and Disney confirmed that for me!

We phoned up today to book the golf for the guys and we just said is it next wednesday that we can book the segway tour and they said hold on and we'll check!

Then they said im ever so sorry but its already fully booked
Turns out we could have booked 10 days ago!!

Im so upset, this was the 1 thing i really really wanted to do for the wedding party and now i cant because someone gave me the wrong information.

I'm so sorry laura, I can understand your frustration and I know how hard you've been working on this Is there any other tour you could do for them, like Dolphins in Depth? I know its not the same, my DH would have loved the Segway tour but he was very interested in the Epcot Living Sea activities too. Hope you sort something out

You must be feeling so cross - it's a long shot but is there a chance that someone would cancel. Sorry it's messed up your plans. Hope you are able to find something just as enjoyable

So sorry to hear this, Laura, I know how much you wanted to book this. It's difficult because we can only rely on the information we are given, and you expect it to be correct. Fingers crossed that you are able to arrange something else, or get the tour for a different day.

Well luckily we managed to re arrange ot for another day after getting the best man and usher to rearrange their schedules lol. They dont even know what they are doing yet!

It does make me wonder though, we phoned back to book the sunday instead and were told we couldnt book yet? Never had a problem with booking things with Disney before.
