The sales agents tell you that they have no official word on when it is going up for sale. When they first come on, they will be quite high. There will be resales quick i bet because people will see that they tied up too much money in this unstable economy.

With it being “dried in” by mid summer I would guess that if they have designed it with 2 hr firewalls in some areas that they would be able to get IBC 2006 certificates of occupancy in a partial area by no later than spring of 2009. If it does not have that level of separation then if might take until the fall of 2009.
