<font face="comic sans ms"> Apparently so. I told him he could thaw it overnight in cold water, but he needed to keep changing the water to keep it cool. I also told him it would probably take about 30-45 minutes per pound of turkey. He didn't look too happy. I said, "They have fresh turkeys in the butcher's area, and he left looking befuddled." <--That was him. </font>
