Let me warn you...

If you have to shovel this crap, do it every other hour or so. You'll be happy and more healthy in the end. I just went out and shoveled. We have about 3" so far. It is HEAVY!!! I cannot imagine shoveling 6-12" of this when it stops snowing.

Be careful!

Yikes...I better go shovel. Be careful!

It's all ice here so loads of fun ahead of me.

A guy in a Mustang just spun by. He wasn't driving, his tires were spinning and spinning and that's how he was driving. :rotfl: The sad part is the road in front of my house is level. I have no clue how the dude is gonna make it up ANY type of hill or incline.:confused3

Yikes! It sounds pretty bad by you.

I just did some shoveling...but getting getting poked in the eye with flying ice pellets. :scared1: I should have worn goggles.

Theres maybe 2 inches of snow/ice and then a half inch of ice on the bottom. It was so freakin' annoying to shovel.

I opened this thread thinking you were commenting on the "Snowbirds" which is all we see down here this time of the year ;)

Me too!!!! :lmao:
Isn't it almost time for them to go home? :cool1: I hope this is the last storm up north, or some of them might never leave!

I got pelted with sleet while I was shovelling about 2 " of ice. Something is really wrong with this weather.:confused3

I was thinking its WAY too early for "snowbirds" to be back in New England. They are all still in Florida. :rotfl:

And this white stuff is exactly why. They don't come back till April. Sometimes May.

:rotfl: My husband had a Mustang--the street by our driveway has an ever so slight incline, you don't even notice unless you are coasting along on a bike, I swear--in the snow it was like we were trying to drive up the side of a mountain.

He was so happy to be rid of it for that reason. That was about 12 years ago when he sold it..and for the last 11 1/2 years I have heard that all he wants is another Mustang.. Men.;)

Snowbird season is almost over. Yippee!! I can go back to doing my grocery shopping during daylight hours without fear of someone in a Jazzy trying to run me down in the aisles at Publix:scared1:

Better yet....pay the neighbors kid!:thumbsup2
Its a full blown blizzard here!!!!!!!!!!:scared1:

all I have is sleet, there is probably 2 inches of the crap out there:rolleyes:

Started out as rain, then sleet, now slippery slushy snow. Should be a fun day tomorrow...and the St. Patty's Day drinking starts tonight. I'll guess the police/hospitals will be busy tonight and tomorrow.

That's it? We have about 6" already.

Virgo, that's just mean. My sister just called, too. They live in Deltona. My BIL was taunting me with your 80 degree weather down there.

Our friends do the same thing, also live in the same town!

Going out now to shovel, just getting to much! See you all later!

Thanks, it really was! My old snowblower didn't like it. I had to use the one from across the street, she said keep it till the end of the storm.

My DH is still coming home from Boston, he started about 7:45p thinking it would be better. Guess what it's not. DH will be home sometime tonight:confused3
