Darn! That's the day before we arrive. My birthday's the 5th, but the following week worked out better for us
planning wise.

I think Andrew's going to take a chunk out of my Disney fund.

I got a call from his school nurse at 2:30 to come get him. He fell on the playground and his two front teeth are much looser than they were and he bruised/cut the gum above the one tooth. She said there is a possibility that his permanent tooth under the gum could be fractured or damaged.

I hope he is okay!!!!

Holy cow~flights from STL are down to $129 (149 with fees) RT for Jan 23-29. I'm SO wanting to book! Hopefully we'll know this evening or tomorrow morning if this house deal goes thru for my sister so I'll know if I have a commission coming. Send some pixie dust my way...

I am a real estate agent also... I have two closings next week then NOTHING!!! Not having a commission check coming in seriously cuts into my Disney travels!!!

H2O is at CBR!!!!! Not that I would have any *leftover* bottles from our last trip or anything because I *accidentally* put the full ones in my bag after housekeeping came each day too.

those pesky bottles just jumped right into my bag...

this time we probably won't be able to bring back as many, because we'll most likely only have carry on bags. Granted, it's a short trip, and we could each stuff a few bottles into our quart bag...

Kim~ we have never had dental insurance either...with a fam of 5 it gets sooo expensive..it's cheaper to just pay for teeth cleanings and whatever out of pocket....down here anyway!! And yes, Dentists do make the dough!!!!! I wanted to be a nurse, but I don't think I could hack dentistry...Hope he is better and that little unseen permanent tooth is just fine!!!

Same here. We pay for health insurance OOP since DH's work is WAY expensive for the crap plan they offer and I'm self employed. It's always been cheaper to not buy dental. I just worry that one bad dentist visit will wipe my Disney fund clean.

So I was thrown for a loop last night. You know those old Folgers commercials where they switch the coffee? Well someone switched my husband last night!!!!

Jason actually brought up the topic of Disney on his own! He said I should start a little fund for Disney so we can go back again. (little does he know- tee hee) I told him my plans for next November and he says with a distraught look on his face...you might want to sit down for this...that's almost 2 years between vacations and that's a long time to wait!!!! Are you kidding me???? What's gotten into him??? So I'm continuing to save and we'll see what happens. I'd love to go before next November but with Andrew's school calendar there aren't many other times of year we can go. I thought of May but he'd miss more than 5 days unless we go during a holiday which would never happen. We'll see!!!

Wow!!! How awesome that you got the green light to plan for vacation!!!! I am curious about March/April next year with Easter being so late...maybe you could squeeze in some days that are not Peak time...of course, Andrew would have to miss some school...but you wouldn't have sooooo long to wait.

3 WEEKS

Well....we are busy with stuff for our business today, then church and dinner with friends tomorrow...after that the planning and packing might begin!! Tues I have a Drs appt, Wed I get my hair cut/highlighted...all week, the next weekend looks a little better...my kids said that they didn't want to Trick or Treat this year...so maybe we will just give out candy Our church sponsors a Trunk or Treat, but they really didn't want to do that either...guess with Disney looming ahead trick or treat is taking a backseat
The next week will be spent getting things ready around the house..mow the yard hopefully for the last time...close up the pool....plant some fall stuff(we got some pansys,and snapdragons, and mums yesterday).So..we have pleeeenty to keep us busy!! Hope you are all enjoying a great weekend!!!
