My information now comes at a price. You have to give me some of that pumpkin pie! :rotfl:....just kidding.

Kim - Yay for booking! That absence policy is kind of ridiculous. I understand that some kids miss more school than they should, but failing them? It makes me want to home school my kids. Then I could work Disney into the curriculum.:lmao:

Becca... if you can beat the GF Cafe for dinner that night your welcome to pie!!!!!

I think Andrew's going to take a chunk out of my Disney fund. :headache:

I got a call from his school nurse at 2:30 to come get him. He fell on the playground and his two front teeth are much looser than they were and he bruised/cut the gum above the one tooth. She said there is a possibility that his permanent tooth under the gum could be fractured or damaged.

My neighbor is AWESOME and I'm so thankful. She's retired and is my emergency sub. Never thought I'd need her but she came right over to keep an eye on my daycare kids while I ran to his school to get him. Thankfully it's less than a half mile away. Jason came home and took him to the dentist. I'm waiting to hear the damage. We have no dental insurance. What's the going rate for an emergency visit and xrays? :sad2:

Apparently the going rate is about $140 for a ten minute look at my son's mouth and a set of xrays.

DH said we're in the wrong line of work and we should have been dentists! We sure be able to take more trips to Disney then!

He now has 3 teeth ready to come out. His 2 front teeth are the ones he knocked loose about a year ago when he collided with Em in the hallway and they were on there way out anyway. The third one is the tooth right next to his front teeth and it wasn't loose at all before today. :headache: The dentist basically said it's hard to tell looking at the xray if there was damage to his permanent teeth under the gum and we'll just have to wait and see when they come in if they are okay.

It's always something!!!!

Well, I'm glad he's okay!! Teeth are replaceable, at least. (I might know this for a fact. I might have had a 6 month time period between my baby teeth and my top front teeth... at which point, I panicked on a bike and went over the handlebars face first. My front top teeth are fake and have been since I was in second grade!)

I'm glad Andrew is ok! Now for a serious question....does he understand that these things take away from disney :rotfl:??? J/K!

Oh goodness! I hope his permanent teeth are fine. My brother has a fake part on one of his two front teeth though, because he did a similar thing when he was younger.

:dance3::woohoo: 17 DAYS!!! :woohoo::dance3:
Happy 17 days!!!!! I think I'm looking forward to your trip as much as you are since I'll be there same time next year...I'm looking for some good trip tips for November! :thumbsup2

I hope Andrew is doing okay today Kim!
Thanks everyone! He seems to be doing okay. No teeth lost yet! I gave him Motrin and told him to take it easy on the playground today. :faint: Mommy can only handle one emergency call from school a week. I think we are going to rethink the whole no dental insurance thing though.

And no he doesn't know that his injuries come from the Disney Fund envelope  because they have no idea we're planning it! Heck, at this point DH doesn't even know I've booked a room only already! :rolleyes1

Glad he is doing okay! :)

We didn't have dental insurance for a long time. We have it now through DH's work, but it's not very good. I just hate going to the dentist. :headache:

You didn't tell your DH you booked??? :scared1: I may have done that a time or two. . . :rolleyes1

I see your 17 days and raise you 18 DAYS!
(of course that means you'll be there before me...)

Logan and I were discussing what things we need to pick up at the store for our move. In Korea they have limited "American" stuff to the point that a lot of the nicer stuff is rationed, so no one can buy a stock and sell it on the black market. Well...Logan mentioned that he wants to pick up some deodorant before he leaves, and I said you'll probably be fine with whatever shampoo you can find over there, and he said, "I'll just pick up some extra while we're at Disney."

Apparently he's been using the leftover H2O shampoos from our honeymoon. We had a lot, because they replaced them almost every day (I MAY have hidden the full bottles from Mousekeeping :rolleyes1) I've been taking them places with me in lieu of store bought travel size items, and I think I ended up throwing some of them out when we moved in April, but we still had some. I guess he discovered them and likes the smell.

I told him that I wasn't sure if they'd have the same kind at CBR, because its a Moderate, but we could change to a Deluxe if he was really attached to them. He didn't go for that idea, so I looked it up and found out that the Moderates have H2O too, they're just combo shampoo/conditioners instead of separate. I'm sure they'll be fine for his use. They sell H20 at the PX here, so I might pick some up for him to take with him though.

H2O is at CBR!!!!! Not that I would have any *leftover* bottles from our last trip or anything because I *accidentally* put the full ones in my bag after housekeeping came each day too. :rolleyes1
