Guess what...I got a pin today in the mail!!! I was so excited to see it, but I know a trip just isn't in our plans for this year. It's for 35% off Values and Mods and 40% off Deluxes and Villas. It's good for dates through the end of the year....I want to go back so badly!

High today, with the windchill, is -5F. Brrr. Two weeks until my trip. Two weeks.

It is -42 C with the wind up here today! In Farenheit - I believe...yup still -42!!!

DD woke up feeling better today She went to school, throat still a little sore, but she wanted to go
At this time tomorrow we will have checked in and be exploring CBR and our room I am very excited to see where we end up, and if we like the resort (fingers crossed). We're then heading to MK for a CS lunch (unelss it's nice and warm I may want to just lounge by the pool with a plam tree and pretend I am in the Carribbean), some touring (we know not to head to Fantasyland, so we're going to tackle our other favorites), it's then Dinner at Tony's, MSEP and Wishes!

I'm in Disney funk mode today. This time last year we were settling into CBR and out vacation was just beginning. *sigh* And to make it even worse, I finally got my scrapbook album from our Jan 09 trip in the mail today from Shutterfly. Looking at all the wonderful moments last year and listening to the kids ask when we're going back was torture!!! Only 8 more months. I can make it!

Happy travels to Joanne (glad DD is feeling better ) and Jenny! Hope the weather warms up for you but I think everyone will agree that it's better to be cold in Disney than cold at home!

Any big plans this weekend? We're prepping the laundry room for a new washer and dryer that arrive Monday! I'm so excited to do laundry! Sad ain't it! I'm also taking Jason out to the movies to see True Grit. Not my first pick but it's his bday next Thursday so I'll sit through it.

We have a very busy weekend. Birthday party to attend Saturday. On Sunday, my oldest has a play date in the morning and a soccer game in the evening. No school on Monday. Instead, another play date in the am, lunch out with the family, afternoon play date for the baby and then soccer practice in the evening. I'm tired just thinking about it!

Yeah, we have a busy weekend, too. Mani/Pedi in an hour, leaving for the airport in a couple hrs, getting on a plane to Disneyworld, spending Sunday at the Magic Kingdom... Yep, pretty busy...

Morning birdies!!!

I have a fun day planned. I already went and got my hair cut (7 a.m.!). Yup, I was desperate to get it cut. HA!
But I'm hanging out and DISing this morning with a cup of coffee in a Disney Cruise Line mug (my SIL sent it to us).
I've decided that I want to replace all my coffee mugs with Disney mugs!

Tonight I have some girlfriends (and a few daughters) coming over for "social night". We used to do a book club, but we never managed to all read the books or talk about it much! I'm having a Mexican buffet! Have to get some Margarita mix! Then hopefully we'll hit the hot tub!! It's only 2 degrees now, but it's not windy. That makes a big difference! We just have to take about three steps from the back door to get in the tub. Getting out is not so bad, your body is super warm, then we just run inside and stand on a towel to dry off.

Tomorrow - NOTHING planned. I'm sure DH will want to watch football, so maybe I can do some scrapbooking and trip planning. I have to make a Fish Extender thing for the cruise. If you don't know what that is, it hangs from the fish next to the cabin door, and we sign up with others on the DIS who are on our cruise. Then we exchange little gifts and put them in the pockets of the FE. It's a lot of fun. We got some really cool things on our last cruise. But I have to do it when the kids aren't around. This surprise stuff is hard!!!

We've got a nice weekend ahead of us. Last night, Tony & I went to Pub Night. It's a big fundraiser night for Madison's Irish dance school. They have a basket raffle, 50/50, and a Pot O Gold raffle. All of the students in the school have to sell a certain amount of Pot O Gold raffle tickets (we had to sell 30). They're $5 a piece and the grand prize is $1000! We didn't stay late enough to watch them pull the winners though.

Tonight, we're going to the Buffalo Bandits home opener. It will be the 3 of us, my sister & BIL, BIL's brother, and 2 of Tony's friends. It should be fun! I'm both excited about the game and sad. This will be my first Bandits game as a spectator.

Tomorrow will be some football and I hope to go through the last bit of stuff in our office.

I am in a serious Disney Funk today! On this day last year we were in Minneapolis at the Mall of America the day before flying to Disney! The fact that I am not going to disney for 7 more months plus this nasty cold weather has me in quite a funk! I don't even feel like planning for our upcoming trip right now! Hope everybody is having a lovely Sunday wherever you are!

This cold is really driving me nuts too. The snow is ridiculous, I've had so many "near misses" from not being able to see around the snowbanks, it's insane. I wish my trip was in February. But no, I have to wait. Maybe by the time I get back, the worst of winter will finally be over. in MARCH.

Sorry you're in a funk The cold weather will do that to you. I've been in a funk all day, too. Just not feeling well. Because I've been off all day, I planned out our anniversary trip for next year As much as I want to, I don't think I'll be able to talk my DH in to going to Disney. Instead, we are going to take a family trip to Jamaica, where we honeymooned He's so happy not to do Disney in 2012 LOL I'm a little bummed

Good morning everyone! We have a 2 hour delay here today due to the weather. It's currently -7 degrees without the windchill. BRR!!! I really hate delays and wish that they would just close, but at least we got a delay. A bunch of other schools in the area didn't delay or close. What are they thinking?! It's freezing out there!!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. The Buffalo Bandits won in overtime Saturday night and it was a fantastic game. It was kind of fun to be a spectator, but I sure missed dancing. Yesterday, we went to my parents house to watch the first football game (Go Pack!) and eat sloppy joes. Yummy! My mom was SUPER tan since they just got back from the Dominican Republic Saturday night. My dad stays in the shade. Last night, I bought my first items for the baby....a crib set and wall decals!!! We need to get going on picking paint colors, so we had to pick a theme. It was a great deal though. If your order was over $100 you got free shipping and $25 off if you paid with PayPal!!!
