snow white and 7 drawfs

Ok what gives here and who knows the secret. I know that dopey sets inside snow white but my other pins don't connect. It was alluded to at the disney store that there is another piece but I haven't seen or heard anything about that. Anyone?

Tammy, My pins connect...hook to loop. Are either the hooks or loops bent maybe??

Out of three pins only one has a hook open enough to connect to another train car. Luckily I hadn't traded away the one that worked as they are to be a christmas present for my mother. So a heads up, make sure the ones you keep connect because it seems there are some with problems.
