The pound was actaully down for a year, actaully a year and a day. Yes they still have painted pets, but your account needs to be atleast 4 months old if you want to adopt most painted pets, they're are a few colors of painted pets you can adopt now.

What's your old account name? I want to see your pets, they are probably very rare because they are un-converted, meaning they can't wearing clothes, but they don't have the new look.
