wow, that's really pretty but you can keep it to yourself:) We have snow on some of the hills over here but it can stay on the hills, plenty room for it there!

The funny thing is, just 10 or so miles down the road they have nothing but some flurries mixed with rain. :sad2:

Its a whole different world up here.

Lovely pictures! This is the first year it has not snowed and stuck at least once by now since we moved out here to denver lol...:thumbsup2

Those sure are pretty pictures, but I don't like snow. It just messes stuff up when you're an adult! :lmao:

:goodvibes those pictures are very pretty. I think you should book a vacation to come to the warmer weather. The forecast says that we will be in the 80s today.:3dglasses

Pasty I think once we got there, we wouldn't want to leave.

According to weather.com its 35º here with rain/snow/wind (gee do they think) and the rest of the week just as cold with rain/snow

It's suppose to snow here tonight and tomorrow. I hope it doesn't. I'm not a big fan of snow, but I'll tolerate it as long as it comes AFTER Halloween.

I don't want to be taking my brothers out there in the evening with it snowing. I guess I'd rather go out and buy extra bags of candy if they will just stay in and watch mickey's house of Villians, but where's the fun in that? I hope the snow stays away at least a few more weeks

Thanks Patsy.

Cap'n Jack's Hat, can I be your sister? I'll stay in and watch Mickey's house of villains for a bag of candy. :thumbsup2

Nope I'm 41, my sister is turning 40 Dec. 24th

Until I joined the message boards, I didn't know that it snowed this early so that some kids were not able to go trick or treating, or hunt for Easter eggs on Easter morning. :(

Wow Heidi!! That's crazy! We are getting the wind and the rain here in Jersey.

Why do I get the feeling we are in for a long cold winter??:cold:

It does look pretty though!!

Heidi, I had just shown my DH the pictures of the snow, and he is surprised that you already have snow in October. He said that there should be some perks in having snow in your area...are there any? Other then being able to build a snowman, play outside in the snow, go sledding...? What are the downsides of it?
