Snow Glow Elsa doll

Did anyone else get this for Christmas? DD wanted it so badly and got it but I can't get it to work! It says on the box that it is supposed to say 15 phrases when you push her necklace and when you hold up her arm she should sing "Let it Go". Our doll says one phrase. It has a switch on the back but that is to change the languages (?). I you tubed a video of it and that person's switch on the back was completely different than the one we have. Anyone else having an issue?

My first guess is that she is in display mode. Often toys will have a switch near the battery to change to play mode.

ETA: or there will be plastic inserted with a pull tag that needs to be removed to get it of of demo mode.

First, select the language, 1 for Spanish, 2 for English. Press the necklace button to confirm the choice then slide the switch to 0

We got this doll for my 17 month old son and he absolutely loves it! It was his favorite Xmas gift lol. For only being 17 months old he is completely obsessed with all things frozen and he just loves Elsa. This was definitely the fav gift of the year lol

We got one today too. It needs to be taken out of demo mode, there are directions stuck in the bottom of the box.

I was a little bit more shocked that for the money Elsa has no panties. (neither does her Anna/sleigh combo from TRU) Yes, my 3 year old noticed.
