There are quite a few tour companies that offer snorkeling tours. Does anyone have a recommendation? While in Maui, we rented a private boat and captain for 4 hours and it was the highlight of our trip. (around $700 for 4 hours for 6 of us, did snorkeling, wake surfing and wake boarding) Is there anyone like that at the marina? Our youngest is 4YO but she's a fish and will be fine in the water.

I have to say I had a wonderful experience just snorkeling on my own in Hanauma Bay. I saw many many fish and a few sea turtles. The only cost was to park and to rent the snorkel since I hadn't brought one with me. It was an incredible experience. We spent a half day at sea life park and did one of the dolphin adventures there. I don't recall the cost of park admission so it probably wasn't much. The dolphin swim was around $200 per person and we got to spend time with our own dolphin in a small group of like 6-8 people. Really enjoyed that as well. I also saw several sea turtles at North Shore. We didn't do an excursion but just went there for the day to sight see and swim on the beach there. We didn't do any excursions through Aulani, as the price was quite a bit more than just going on our own.
