snorkeling in cozumel- short trip?

Ok I just cancelled the fury catamerans as Jay and Mike both want to shop in coaumel, I still would like to do some snorkeling there though (we have our own equipment) any suggestions of where to go for an hour or two in the morning or afternoon (so we still have time to shop?) thanks Ann

We did the shipwreck snorkel tour back in April. Since it didn't meet until the afternoon, we had plenty of time to shop and have lunch before the excursion. It was a pretty easy snorkel which was perfect for us snorkeling newbies!

Oops...sorry...I just realized you said Cozumel. Our snorkeling was in Grand Cayman.

We are doing a shipwreck and reef snorkel in GC with Captain Marvins, I was just excited thinking two shipwrecks in one trip
Well we will just have to see what happens, we will snorkel in GC and at CC, dont' think there is anything worth snorkeling in KW.

I thought so too Lampie but we have early seating, DS collects Masks (astec/myan etc) and that takes some time to find the perfect ones, plus Christmas gifts etc, we need about fourhours to shop.

The ship doesn't sail 'till 11 and everyting is pretty compact on shore.....The family sailing with us was able to spend a couple of thousand before the Fury....LOL....Cozumel is great for the "negotiators"!! Don't count on CC to snorkle.....the water is shallow and "murkey". Mickey is gone also.....The water is beautiful in Cozumel.
