Any suggestion that’s not a pretzel popcorn ice cream or candy?

Well, the train station- King's Cross has bags of chips, but probably not what you're after. they also sell other stuff, but I don't recall all they have.
Both HP areas have fresh fruit stands. We've often bought the grapes and it is not a bad deal for how many you get.
Hogsmeade, Seussland, and the front of the park all have places to get items like candy, chocolate, and baked goods like brownies and rice crispy treats. Some of the treats are very festive.

Many of the food kiosks sell smaller side items. All the TS have appetizers. you could certianly order appetizers at Finnegan's bar. You can get thigs like a side salad, fries, etc. The kebab place sells fruit, and IMO, the kebabs make a nice snack, especially when shared.

Are you looking for healthy? Or just none of the above?

The US resorts have ALL kinds of options. In the morning RP has a whole area of grab and go items. Everything from hard boiled eggs, pastries, fruit, cereal, granola bars, milk.

I think you can find granola bars around. I'm thinking they are at all the resort QS.

The Portofino QS is Italian themed. They have small sides and pizza. I was surprised we were able to get a nice cup of mozzarella/tomato/basil salad there, and they had other assorted sides and salads. They also have pizza and subs.

Breadbox has sandwiches/fries, plus next door you can get sushi (and related items) a la carte in the PM. Fr that matter at 5pm, RP has sushi in the Orchid lounge if you want TS. Citywalk also has a place that sells pizza and salads.

The Chocolate Emporium shop has ALL kinds of sweets: a super selection of AMAZING confections, truffles, and macaroons in ALL kinds of flavors! Plus a whole wall of pick yor own candy. Amog the semi-healthy options is candy coated sunflower seeds.

While kind of ice cream-sh - Menchies is a self-serve frozen yogurt place- but the toppings include fresh fruit. You make your own cup and don't have to include any yogurt. You pay by weight. I think among the frozen offerings is also always something non-dairy. At least that is my recollection.

Aventura has all kinds of packaged items, and make your options- including make your own stir fry/soup. You pick all the veggies and protein you want. The QS in Sapphire Falls also has all kinds of side items, sandwiches, soups, and packaged items.

US also has multiple Starbucks- in the parks, Citywalk, Portofino all come to mid. They have all the snacks most Starbucks would have. Citywalk also has a Cinnabon, and a donut shop.

If you want something RALLY unusual, the gift shop next to the Mummy has hard candy that looks like amber- with a cricket! inside the candy. I suspect they also sell these near Jurassic Park.

Oh, like WDW, you are also allowed to carry in snacks.

When trying to describe the Aventura, we kept coming back to the word, "millennial." I wouldn't say they have a giant selection of packaged snacks, but we were kind of blown away by what they do offer. They carry an assortment of modern alternative milks, dried fruit, dried seaweed snacks, healthy-type chip type snacks, etc. They have a whole section of cooler cases with prepared food options.

We never made it to the roof top bar, but they also have all kinds of tapas, plus a great view of the area.

Some of the US eateries are kind of old school fast food, but many are not. Truly, you can get just about anything on US property.

You can bring in reasonable snacks, no glass.

As far as snack suggestions, my suggestion is when the snack attack hits you look around where ever you are and you will see plenty of options. If nothing strikes your fancy, walk a short distance and look again.

As you are walking thru city walk, look around at what they have to offer.

There are no shortage of snacky places from the minute you walk out of the parking garage until you go home. Some healthier than others, but you are on vacation.

I live on a strict diet when I am home with next to zero snacks ever, well maybe if there is a very special occassion, but on vacation, just get out of my way. It works quite well for me.

I was a late commer to the big pink donut and must say, I was unimpressed. I live in a small town and they have much better donuts IMHO, BUT. eating something in the park can make it better. I will not be getting any more big donuts because there are so many better things to me around to use my limited stomach availability on.

Do try a butter beer. I used to get one a day, now I get one per trip, but I do look forward to it every year. Look in the HP area shops for a slection of candy you do not see every day. It is pricey.

I never bought the fruit, but I agree, it seemed to be fresh and well priced.

I suggest looking for things you can't get at home.

Anyway, you do not have to worry about there not being a snack available when you want it. To the point that we have one meal at 3 broom sticks per visit and the rest of the time (usually 4 days total) I snack around the park and love every minute of it.

That's kinda funny because to me the butter beer is kinda 'meh' but I've tried the regular(?) and frozen and now in December I'll be able to try the warm so I'm excited for that. But I LOVE LOVE LOVE the big pink donut. One of the best donuts I've ever had. I was actually shocked at how good it was.

Personally, I am a fan of the pumpkin juice.

If you're looking for something different and not within those categories (which you eliminated a lot), especially since I think everyone has covered everything else, Simpsons Blvd they have an area where you could get fruit, pre-made salads, and pre-made sandwiches. Do not know if that is considered a "snack", but something to consider. Also, going along the lines of a snack kind of being like a meal, or entree you can always get a kid's meal at any of the locations that offer them they way you enjoy a smaller portion.

The way the question was asked, I took it to mean she was looking for out of the ordinary and perhaps slightly healthy options, so that's how I answered.

I'm slightly the opposite of many folks, I think. I'm not above eating a compelling dessert, but I also don't want to be stuck eating unhealthy food in the parks either. Too much junk food leaves me feeling sluggish and sleepy. If I want to overload on carbs then take a nap, I can do that right here at home for far less money than it costs me to be at US or WDW.

I actually see WDW and US as fun ways to spend the whole day walking and (at US) climbing stairs. I appreciate being healthy enough to go all day!

And that in term, makes me feel like I want to stay healthy as long as possible!
