Havent been to Disney in awhile, are you allowed to bring in snacks and drinks to the park? And how expensive are the concessions

You are allowed to bring in snacks, drinks, etc. Snacks are actually not that expensive considering it is Disney. I find the drinks more expensive. We usually bring in our water bottles and fill them during the day and just add the crystal light packs for flavoring.

Thank you!! And good idea about the crystal light.. Water can get boring! Lol

We always take snacks for the room and pool, and make a little snack bag for during the day. We each bring a bottle of water and refill with water along the way. Over the years I have collected;) a few small plastic containers, just right for this, so that everything doesn't get smashed.

This is a sampling of what we might bring:

Granola/ snack mix, chips/pretzels/crackers, hard candy, pop tarts or breakfast bars, dry cereal, grapes or apples - ( nothing that will melt in the heat)

Gatorade packets for the water- we prefer Gatorade to PowerAde. Also when the kids when they were little we had a small soft-sided cooler that fit under the stroller, that I would bring in Capri-sun's, or juice boxes. I would use a freezy gel pack thingy, to help keep things cold.

As far a the cost of snacks they are in line with any other event type venue, in some cases less. Now this is my opinion, we went to Monday night football this week in Atlanta, and it was 41.00 dollars for 2 cheese burgers, fries & 2 cokes.

Also to me the snack portions at WDW are good size and you can share most items.

If you want to check out the price's head over to Allears.net they have the most up-to -date menus with price's.

Have a wonderful time.

We brought apples, grapes, bananas, cereal bars, baggies of dry cereal, granola bars, anything that comes in individual packets for snacks(the more perishable items get eaten first). I also made up wraps and kept them in a small lunch bag for a quick on the go lunch. We each carried a brita water bottle so that we could easily refill our water at any water fountain or counter service (ice water is free upon request)

A few extra minutes spent making preparations the night before goes a long way in the park the next day.

As well, every once in a while we will splurge and snack on the scrumptious unique treats Disney offers....like the Mickey Ice Cream bars.:mickeybar

i believe you can bring snacks in. My friend's two children are allergic to practically everything so they bring their own snacks and food.

We normally take in water, granola bars and peanuts. Just enough food to make it to the next meal since my kids are always "starving".
