Snacks - Can you buy 2 things?

Hi -
Regarding the snacks, can you purchase 2 food items that are under $4 total or just 1 item? Example, can I buy a muffin and coffee in the AM and if it is under $4 I can use a snack credit?

Unfortunately, that's not the way it works. Generally, a snack must be a single priced item. It isn't an allocation of a certain amount of money.

A few resort food courts will include a small container of milk when you use a snack credit to purchase cereal.

I buy a refillable mug as a souvenir. Do that and you won't have to use a snack credit on a drink.

Our experience was a coffee and a muffin counted as 2 snack credits. I had to keep reminding Dh, "pay OOP for your coffee and just use one snack credit for the muffin. I want the snack credit for a mickey ice cream bar

I love the idea of the mug, that's what we will do this year. For our 9 day trip, the mug will pay for itself just on morning coffee.

Generally CS and TS meals come with desserts. Like many posters I didn't want to "waste" snack credits on less expensive items like bottled water. Most days I didn't want my Mickey Bar, since I had dessert with lunch and dessert with dinner. Like many posters I wound up with extra snack credits which I wound up using for snacks for the trip home.

FYI the best deal with a snack credit is the box of 8 doughnuts. That fed my kids breakfast all week!

Yes, do tell where we can get the donuts. My 5 year old is a donut LOVER and rarely has them at home. I think I may have found my way to bribe her out of bed in the mornings so we can get an early start!!!

Thanks! We're staying at Pop Century, so I'll be picking up some donuts for the kids our first morning. My daughter can be a cranky little beast when woken up early, but if I even SAY the word donut she will hop up, get dressed, and be standing at the door ready to go. I might have to bring a few along to the parks as well - just might prevent some mid-day meltdowns!

I purchased a box of donuts and a small bottle of milk with two snack credits every night at the store at ASSp. There were 4 kids of donut age, so for two snack credits the kids all got a donut and a small drink each morning. A few times one of us got a box of danish for the adults. lol

We got the box of mini donuts at Pop and that got us through 2 breakfasts along with a gallon of milk I had picked up at the drug store.
