Snacks Around the World

Trying to entice the family to tour the World Showcase through their love of food Lol I have 2 teens and the hubby. They moan and groan about touring the WS but I love it!

We are going in August and I have reservations at Tutto Italia and Teppan Edo .... so that is 2 countries visited via TS.

They all love Sunshine Seasons so that that is one CS I can't change and I think they would like Lotus Blossom (kinda need a/c or shade for meals or the boy starts melting).

What snacks can I tell them are too good to miss at the other countries to get their butts around the world!?!

I had planned to snack around the world on our most recent trip, but we were foiled by weather. Still, I refused to leave before having a brioche ice cream sandwich in L'Artisan des Glaces. It's delicious! I chose Milk Chocolate Orange ice cream and chocolate sauce in mine. It is big enough to share, if two people can compromise on their flavors.

Literally everything at Les Halles is delicious! We tried three different things last August and loved it!

Norway, Kringla Bakeri- Kringla Sweet Pretzel with Chocolate, so good! Not too sweet, and just the right amount of chocolate
Germany, Karamell Kuche- Caramel Apple Oatmeal cookie, omg, I have to get this anytime I am in EP. So good!! Sweet and chewy

Everything inside of Karamell Kuche (Germany), Nachos in Mexico, sandwiches or sweets from Les Halles (France), Fish n chips in UK... we don't even make dining reservations at Epcot on our World Showcase days- we just snack around the world.

Creme brulee ar Les Halle's. Yummmmmm. So nice to be able to get creme brulee from a place that's not a sit-down restaurant!

Morocco - ?
France - L'Artisan des Glaces (I love chocolate and orange), The boulangerie (creme brulee), and a Grand Marnier slushie for me... something for everyone here!
Italy - got that covered with dinner
Japan - got that covered with dinner
Canada - well we live here so.... lol
UK - Fish and chips - may pay out of pocket and split an order
Mexico - Nachos and Margaritas!
Germany - Karmelle Kuche sounds yummy! We love oatmeal cookies. And I think they have grapefruit beer too...hubby might like that
China - eating counter service here I think or maybe just eggrolls?
Norway - Kringla Bakeri- we will have to try this school bread everyone is raving about and that pretzel!
America - ?

What is frushie? Like fruit sushi?

Just tried this last week as well and really enjoyed it..But I believe it's only offered at a food booth that was there for the Flower and Garden Festival but I could be wrong!

Kringla Og - everyone talks about the school bread but I like the troll horn.

From either my person experience or my husbands (I can't eat gluten so he has tried things I have not):

Mexico: Nachos as La Cantina
Norway: School Bread (it's a dessert)
China: Eggrolls at the QS
Germany: Pretzel or caramel popcorn
Japan: Sushi
Morocco: Baklava (dessert counter in the back of Tangerine Cafe)
France: Ice cream filled Macaron sandwich
England: Fish & Chips

If I left a country off it's because I don't have a specific recommendation.

Try the "gourmet" popcorn! It's at a cart near Figment. They have sour cream and chive, buffalo bleu cheese and cheddar cheese. The buffalo being my favorite
