IMO even though a CS breakfast doesn't cost as much as a CS lunch it's less cost effective to have unused credits at the end. Last trip we mostly used ours for breakfasts as we spent quite a bit of time offsite and we wouldn't have been able to use them up otherwise, this year it will mostly be lunches as we're only doing WDW and plan to buy breakfast snacks for the room and have an early lunch (no later than midday but more likely 11-11:30) most days.
CS breakfasts tend to be platters of things like pancakes or waffles with a bacon or sausage, omelettes, croissant sandwiches etc.
