I don't believe so. You can get it as your beverage when using a CS or TS meal but not just as a snack. I was told only bottles of certain sodas or bottles of water. That was my experience anyways. At Pop Century the only milk they had were little cartons of milk that were skim or 1%. Or you could get a big bottle of Nesquick chocolate milk but again only as your meal. We paid like $1.99 for the little things of milk.
Here is what I can share with you...only place we tried to use a snack credit for milk was at the Main Street Bakery in MK when we ate breakfast there - we WERE allowed to purchase a chocolate milk using our snack credits. Did not try it anywhere else.
Just back from last week's trip. We used snack credits twice to get DD4 a bottle of chocolate milk. Once at Main Street Bakery in MK and once at Epcot in the restaurant near Soarin' (I think it was called the Electric Umbrella.)
Hi, We just got back yesterday. Stayed at POP and used snack credits for pint bottles of white milk several times for our 1 yo dd. No problem at all.
