snack must haves...

we finally had the churros and Dole whips last Sept., what other snacks should we try? Share your favorites and where to get them.

Beignets are great. DD and I had them at WDW and I found out recently that they sell them at the Cafe Orleans at DL.

You can also buy beignets at the express area of Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen! They are a great late night snack.

We tried the Bengal Barbecue and liked the little kabobs there.

I also always get the dark chocolate/caramel dipped marshmallows from any of the candy shops

I finally had a Dole Whip during Spring Break...yummy! I can't believe I never tried one before...I am as "young" as DL!!

The kids (I) really like the mickey head rice crispy treats with chocolate dipped ears. I also like the huge cookie they have at Pizza Port. I think both are available at several CS restaurants. We also love the mickey head ice cream bars at the outdoor carts. YUMMY! Oooohhhh I cant forget the cotton candy. It just tastes better in DL!

Next time we are there I am going to eat dessert at BB and try the pirate boat one. That looks delicious.

I have to agree with the Mickey rice crispies with the dipped chocolate ears ooooooooooooooooooooh so good.

I also enjoy churros, and frozen bananas. I love dole whips but its the frozen bananas that totally do it for me

"Peanut butter sandwich" from the candy shop. Its graham crackers filled with a thick layer of sweet peanut butter, and the whole thing is dipped in chocolate. The chocolate dipped strawberries are good too. As is the English toffee.

Not really a snack- more of a meal- corn dog from the red cart on main street.

Popcorn! We bring the buckets home and use them for our microwave popcorn when we watch movies.

Fruit from the fruit carts. Its always ice cold, and its so nice to have something fresh and healthy.

I've heard that the Tigger Tails are good. I wanted to try it last year but didn't get around to it. Gonna make sure and do it this year. I also want to try the beignets, I've just heard so many people here rave about those. Okay now I'm hungry!!

Yes those exact 2 are what I need to try next time too! I keep pigging out on the other stuff and get distracted from the new ones. Maybe this thread will remind me to eat all the good new stuff!!!

Forget main meals I'm gonna snack through DL in June!

O.K., where do you get these as my mouth is watering as I type! Also, a while back someone mentioned a peanut butter and jelly cookie or treat of some sort that I believe they had at the shop on Main Street. I have searched the forums and can't find the thread...anyone know what I am talking about and have a description??

I have to say...add me to the churros list. My daughter is all about the churros...made me schedule a churro stop for every day we are there to make sure she gets one!

Yes they can but the best place is the store down by the Winnie the Pooh Ride, that place is like heaven

I also thought I read somewhere you can order a make your own penutbutter and jelly sandwich. It is suppose to come with a bunch of different stuff to put on the sandwich, does anyone know where this is? I think my kids would LOVE the idea.
