I’d love to pick up/order snack foods for our room in lieu of going club level.
But, how to store them so they stay fresh, clean and neat looking. (Yes, I’m a neat freak, even on trips)
I’m thinking snack mixes, cookies, breakfast bars, muffins, probably some chips/candy. Nothing needs refrigerating. I don’t want a heap of crunchy plastic chip bags on our dresser. Anyone have any interesting food storage ideas?? I know I’ve seen plenty of posts about clothes/toiletries/hamper organization while in the resort rooms, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen food organization posts here. Any ideas, pics are appreciated.

I buy the fabric cubes from the dollar store. They lay flat in luggage so they don't take up space but work great at corralling everything. I usually get one or two for the bathroom then another 2-3 for the room for food and things collected throughout the day.

We take food, snacks, and drinks in a plastic storage bin and put drinks in the fridge when we get to the room. I just keep the foods sealed in the bin when we’re not using it. Saves us a lot of money!

We usually stay at POR and there is a shelf above the fridge area. We keep everything up there.

Oooh-I like the folding idea and the bin idea. If I could combine them, that would be great. I’d love to have the snacks in something close able, but don’t want to lug big Tupperware’s in checked luggage. Collapsible might work. Then again, souvenirs could be packed inside once snacks are gone

This one looks cool, but no lid from the container store.

We bring a variety of sizes of Ziploc bags, some chip clips (we have smaller metal ones), and Ziploc plastic reusable containers. The containers don't take up that much room in the suitcase. Also, you can trash/recycle them for more room for souvenirs. We also bring a couple of reusable grocery bags in our suitcase to carry snacks and water from the gift shop or grocery store. You can also store the snacks in the grocery bag.
