Snack credits at Ghiradelli shop

Are dining plan snack credits eligible for items at the Ghiradelli shop in Disney Springs? I was looking at a list of all the different snack credits in DS, but noticed this place wasn't on the list that i could find.

They used to, but only for items UNDER $5...which quite frankly, isn't much. That was 4 or 5 years ago however, which was the last time we could make any kind of financial sense out of the DDP. Places like allears and touring plans suggest that they no longer participate.
