Snack carts accept credit cards? Any places not accept them?

I assume all restaurants and retail shop accept cards, but do things like the snack accept credit cards? I know at both Tokyo parks they do. Also are there ATMs within the park? Just trying to figure out how much cash we need to bring into the park or if we need more cash if it is easily accessible. Thanks

There are ATMs near City Hall to get cash if you need it. I usually pay by Octopus but if I recall correctly, all the Disney snack carts accept credit cards. Be aware that the food trucks outside the park generally do not accept credit cards.
