~~Snack Cake & Cookie sent/received thread~ COMPLETED!

They do weigh a lot don't they? I had the same problem mailing mine to the USA. I was 50g under the max allowed.

Have to ask what the cakes in plain wrappers were. The red ones with coconut and the brown and white chocolate covered sponge fingers? Bothe very yummy.

Yes, I had to redo the package 3 times. the one time I was in the PO the guy said you could probably just remove 1 thing and I can retape it for you. I was like I didn't want to remove just one thing so I had to take it home and think about it somemore.

Anyway, Beth was right the red ones are the Raspberry Zingers (I can't see the pic she posted) the other brown & white frosted ones were also a Little Debbie product that I have not tried before. They didn't have a particular name for them just Dessert Cakes w/buttercream frosting. Ok so it was the "butter" and "cream" that drew my attention

These are the BEST!!! I also like the Hostess knock off "Tiger Tales" but I do not think they make them anymore because I never see them...

Thanks so much, I'm sure the oreos are going to be the first to disappear.

You'll have to tell me what you think of those. I've seen them recently but never tried them.

OH! I know what you are talking about. I sent some of those to Patsy. I hope they made it and weren't the ones that fell out.

I'm still so bummed the box was opened and some were missing.



Today in Target all the Little Debbies cakes were out with a Fouth of July theme. So cute! I picked up some boxes of brownies and krispy rice treats in red, white and blue.

She sent:
2 packages of Oreo cookies - 1 of each vanilla and chocolate cream
Nutter Butter cookies
Little Debbie Zebra cakes
Barnum's Animal crackers
Nabisco Nilla Cakesters

Inside we found:
Swiss rolls
Funny bones
Nutty bars
Granola bars (multiple flavors)
Rice krispe treats
Hot fries
big red gum

The poor swiss rolls & funny bones will need to be eaten with a spoon. But not to worry, we think they will still taste wonderful!
