I haven't exactly packed them yet. Since I mail from the post office across the street from the office, all my mailing supplies are there. So I'll bring the stuff in with me tomorrow, see how it all fits in the box, and mail it Tuesday or Wednesday.

OK so it seems I bought too much as it is too heavy to go airmail. I had to take a few individually wrapped items out of the larger bags and only put half of each in. I also had to take one pack out altogether. Fingers crossed it gets accepted at the Post Office this afternoon or that will be more for the family treat box.

And it's away! A package of favourite British goodies will be winging it's way across the pond soon.

Had to take some of the stuff out the box, but I did fit it all in a Flat Rate Box.

I'll probably mail tomorrow, I have to get some birthday cards today & I won't have time to do both at lunch time.

Okay, now I have a question. How are you all packing these goodies?? The snack cakes for example, are you leaving them in the box or taking them out?

Beth, I'm so glad you asked that. I was going to the other day but, got sidetracked.
My shopping is done, now I have to figure out how to pack and mail the stuff.
So, here is my dumb question. Can you just go pick up the flat rate boxes at the post office?

That's not dumb. And yes you can pick one up. You can pick up a few. If you know you will be using alot, you can order them on line and have them delivered to your door.

2 - packages of Betty Crocker Cookie mix ( Double Chocolate & sugar)
Hawaiian Animal Cookies
Coconut Hawaiian Cookies
Hawaiian Royal creems
2 - packages of Keebler (chocolate peanut butter filled & fudge stripes)

I'm really trying to be good and wait till after dinner to try the coconut cookies but am having a hard time waiting. I might just have to try one before dinner, maybe two, hopefully I can stop after two.

My box of goodies arrived today from JLitfin---oh my goodness it was stuffed full!

I got
1. a box of Little Debbie Nutty bars
2. a box of Tastykake peanut butter Kandy Kakes
3. a bag of mini Oreos
4. a box of Little Debbie S'mores
5. a canister of Creme de Pirouline--crispy wafers rolled & filled w/vanilla creme
6. 10 Kudos bars--some chocolate chip, some Snicker, some M&M
7. and a bag of Pepperidge Farms Chocolate Chessmen

I already know I love the Oreos & the chocolate chessmen. I love Kudos, haven't had one in ages. The rest of the goodies I have never eaten--but I have a feeling I will love them all!

My box is packed full and ready to go out. I wish I could have put more in there, since this was so much fun to shop for! But I couldn't put even another cookie in there if I tried.

I think I packed it pretty tight too. I took all the snack cakes out of the box, but don't worry, I included a cheat sheet of what's in there so you don't have to try and figure it out, you can just dive right in!!

Hoping to mail it tomorrow, but will post back for sure once it's on it's way.
