If you go to a particular picture and click on it so that you get a full page view, there is an option on the tool bar above the picture called "Owner Save". I tried it and it downloaded a high resolution picture. I'm not sure if there is an option to do multiple pictures at a time or if you have to do one at a time but that's a start.![]()
Thanks! I tried it this way and it worked. I also tried it in Visitor View and clicked on the Save Photo button and it downloaded the hi res image. My DD should be able to get what she needs this way.

Check your Gallery settings also, and see what you have set for "Largest Size" under Security & Privacy. If you want her to able to download the full-res original you should have "Original" selected.
That's the first thing I checked. I've been trying to see if there is another setting besides that one that would affect the downloading, but according the Smugmug help, I should be able to click on the Save Photo icon or click on the original size and right click to save. Neither one of those is working.
One thing I've just noticed though in playing around with it, is that even though I have Original chosen in the settings, when I choose to view the original size photo from the menu bar that pops up when you mouse over the large image, it comes up the same size as the Large image does. In fact, the Large, XLarge, X2Large, X3Large and Original all show up the same size. I remember doing this a while back and the original size would be much larger than my screen.
