Smuggler's Run During EMH?

I know that ROTR isn't open during night EMH, but is Smuggler's Run? Also, would Oga's be open?

Looking at going to HS on 1/26.

I would assume Smuggler's Run would be open though as it was open when they had EMH in the morning. But I'm wondering the same on the Cantina!
