Unfortunately my DH :smokin: is a smoker. He said he will be alright, Iwant him to quit, but I know he won't. So, do they have smoking rooms in the rooms?

Yes and he can only smoke in designated areas inside the parks which are listed on the guide maps.

If you're staying at a Disney resort, make sure to ask for a smoking room. I believe the majority of the rooms are non-smoking, but there are some that aren't.

Get a non smoking rm he can go outside to smoke.

Thank you for being considerate and taking the time to ask. I hope DH does ok. DH has asthma that is really exacerbated by smoking. It is hard for him when people smoke wherever they want to in the parks, on line, etc. So again, thanks for being so considerate.

:cheer2:

I understand. my DD has asthma also and he doesn't smoke around her. He has tried to quit, but he always starts up again. I try to be understanding but it is hard. We both have had family members die from lung cancer and he still won't quit. He is 65 yrs and hard headed!

Went to WDW last May , myself and another smoker in our party.

We were careful to only smoke in designated areas and there was really no problem. There are plenty of areas to smoke. Most of them are off the beaten path, and nice and shaded. We did get a non smoking room because to be honest I'm a smoker and I think the smoking rooms stink! We just stepped outside to smoke away from others.

It was really pretty easy to be considerate and not have a nic fit at the same time.
