Smoking Rooms or Balconies HRH Club Level?

Just wondering if all you HRH Club level experts know if there are any Club Level Deluxe (2 beds & fold out)Smoking rooms available up on that floor, and if you know where abouts they are...end of hall? near elevators? etc?
Or if any of the rooms have balconies on that floor...looking at the picture of the resort, it looks like there are some, but not sure if these are just decorative ones & not real working balconies. Someone in my party needs to grab an smoke once in awhile, either in a smoking room, or out on the balcony...Any ideas?

I cant help with HRH club level but I do know HRH and RPR do not have any balcony rooms.

I was told that only 1 floor was smoking it was either 2 or 5 can't remember. As Jessica said on PBH has a limited number of balcony's.

Cmould, Do you happen to remember if they are scattered about the floor or at the end of a hall or on a certain wing?
Also, do the windows open in the rooms? Or are they completely closed like some hotels that use the air conditioning constanly?

The windows could not be opened. That was a disapointment for me, i like to open a sliding door or window for fresh air.

We have stayed in 3 different rooms all smoking. Sorry I can't remember room numbers but they were in different locations throughout the 7th floor. The last time we stayed ,when we were brought up to the room I didn't notice any ashtrays. I asked if it was a smoking room and the bellman said, do you want it to be? I said yes and he said then it is! Great for smokers but not for people who are allergic to smoke. The windows do not open and there are no balconies at the Hard Rock. This is the only thing I would change about the hotel.

I switched froom HRH. It said a none smoking room and the room reaked of smoke. I'm not a smoker so I can pick up the scent in no time at all. I will never go back to HRH again, they mislead people.

I can understand your not wanting a room that smelled of smoke but could you have not requested another room? I never do it but I'm sure people smoke in rooms that are designated non-smoking so perhaps its not the Hard Rocks fault. I thought maybe the Club Floor was smoking optional like at the Grand Floridian but I just got off the phone with them and the rooms on Club are designated as smoking or not. I guess the bellman was just being funny and I really was in a smoking room.

Cmould, Our room wasn't ready till almost 5pm and by then I was tired from being in the heat all day, wanted to shower and go out for dinner. needless to say I call WDW from the park and got another room in WL and skipped my 2 night stay at HRH. I would never go back there again. Sorry if I posted this before, I wasn't sure
