I'm just curious what is the price of a pack of Parliament Lights in WDW? Can you even buy them there? Here in New England they cost at least $4 a pack. Are they less in Florida?

To be honest, I've never seen cigarettes or other tobacco products in the shops on property, other than the cigar store at DTD West End. Unless they are hiding them under the counter, you would probably have to go to one of the Hess convenience stores on property. Prices, I don't know.

I have seen Cigars for sale at the Sundries store in the Contemporary and they were in a display case. However I don't remember seeing how much they were.

They do sell cigarettes at the resorts (they are usually in a drawer under the counter). Last year they were around $5.00 a pack, I think. I quit this year, but while paying for a purchase, I heard someone buy a pack and I believe the cost was $6.50 a pack. Be glad you don't live in Chicago...they are over $8.00 a pack!

I disagree, the OP is asking if the resort sells this product. OP, I have not smoked in YEARS, but I remember buying a pack of Marlboros at the Polynesian in 1998 and they were....3.50/pack!!! I bet those babies are at least 5.00 by now!!!

DW smokes and bought one pack of marlboro's at POR. Last may.they were $6.50 ...glad I don't smoke!

They have a gift shop at the ESPN club at the BWI where they sell them. My mom bought them in 2005. I don't know if they have them now, but its worth a try.

Not that i really care -- but no they didn't. They never mentioned "resort". They said WDW. Which could be anywhere in WDW -- parks, etc.. Then they said Florida.. so for all we know they have a rental car and can travel to the nearest mini-mart or whatever. They didn't specifically ask if the hotel stores carried them.

Figured that the OP would get more answers on the CB thats all.

The sell them in the resort gift stores, they just don't display them. Just ask a CM and someone will assist you. I am not sure about inside the parks but I am sure they are available there also. Disney makes to much money on cigarettes for them not to sell them.

Thank you everyone for replying to my post, sorry if I caused any hubub, certainly not my intention. But just to set the record straight, I don't have a rental car so I wanted to know what my best bet would be for having enough cigs for the week: Buying them here in NE, Buying them at the MCO airport, OR Buying them in WDW (if that was even an option I wasn't sure until now), and if so how much they would be.
I remember a long time ago cigs were a lot cheaper in Florida, but that was of course outside of WDW.
We're taking the Magical Express to POFQ, would they stop on the way to the resort if we asked them? If they said yes, would it be worth it, or is it just worth it for me to buy the Parliament Light Special Packs I always see her is NE (which is buy 2 packs, get one free which is how I got the $4 a price per pack that I mentioned in my first post - otherwise I usually go to another store that has those) or would it even be worth it?
Okay, new question: If anyone knows of a store on the way to WDW that has cheap butts, what is it and how much do they cost?

The ME bus will not stop on the way to the resort for you to buy cigarettes. Imagine if it stopped for everyone who wanted something - water, snacks, beer, whatever. It would never get to WDW.
Your best bet is to figure out how many packs you will need for the week, and buy them at home in your 3 for 2 special packs and bring them with you.
It sounds like this is by far, the cheapest way to go.

Oh see I've never taken the ME before, I thought is was just a caravan of sorts, not a bus. From your quote I'm assuming that I was wrong and it is a bus?? Certainly if that's the case there's no way I could do that, but I was thinking if it was a caravan AND if everyone else in the van agreed (perhaps they wanted something as well) then I'd give a good tip to the driver. Not in WDW, but in other resort vacation areas I've done that a few times.

Just add your request for any other items not on their site at the end of your order. I've used them a few times and never had any problem. They even picked up a box fan for me for our last trip.

We use them all the time. They will deliver right to your room within a 2 hour window or if you won't be there, to bell services and they will hold it for you until you call them. We always get a case or two of water, snacks, milk, half n half, fruit, etc. They have a $15. delivery fee but the savings on the water alone makes it worth it. Brian the owner is great. Their customer service can't be beat.

For those of you who recommend gardengrocer I have a question. Since you have to put the cigarretes on the comments page, does that mean it doesn't count towards your $40 minimum delivery?
I'm emailing them to find out but who knows when they'll get back to me (and I'm leaving tomorrow so time is ticking!).

On my last trip.. I got around this problem this way..

I took the bus to DTD.. and walked across the street to the Hess Station and bought a carton of cigarettes there. They were reasonably priced in my book.

I then walked back to DTD and took the bus back to my resort.

I managed to do all this before my travelling friends were even out of bed.

Most of the resort gift shops sell them but you have to ask, they are not on display. We actually bought a carton of cigarettes for $27.00 at the HEss Station.
