Smoke Free!!

I am one week smoke free!!! I have been a smoker for 15 years....since I was 12. My best friend is pregnant and she and I quit together one week ago. We started smoking together...and now quit together. Please send a prayer that we can do it!

You can do it. Have smoked since I was 12 too. I quit 3 months ago last night. Cant believe I did it. The first couple of weeks were hard but now I cant believe I made it for a quarter of a year! Be strong. I dont even think about it anymore and I smoked over 2 packs a day for about 24 years!!! Stay strong! You'lll save a lot of money for Disney trips!

Not a smoker here but I just wanted to offer my encouragement. You've made one of the healthiest choices you can make. Now, take all that cigarette money and start saving it for something you really want. It will help to motivate you when you get the urge to light up. Go for it!
