I called a few weeks before one of our trips last year and they sent a card. Well we get down there and I'm about to pay for E a ticket and I forgot the card at home. The CM said that I could go to any of the guest services and they could transfer the money to another card.

The minimum you can transfer is $10. So you might want to order it a few week before you go so you can get all of the money on it. It $1 for every $100 you spend.You can use it to pay for food, souvenirs, tickets, almost anything on property.
