They have those Icool pillows? I think that is what they are called. Try sleeping on one of those. And you could wear those scarf's that keep you cool.

That may not be the correct name, they may listed under As seen on tv. I think it is a pad , not wet, but it is suppose to keep you cool as you sleep. It is called cool chill pillow. Not to expensive. Check it out.

I thought about getting one for my dog, he is always hot. When I do I will put it inside the pillow.
