...we had 2 months of vacation...but now that we are back, it doesn't even feel like we left...

I just don't really notice as I do not have kids in school. My children had year round school , so they kind of got good breaks and so did the teachers

Yes , they were air conditioned. I think the teachers liked it, they got a break every 3 months. It was a win,win situation for everyone. My kids did not feel like they were bored for a whole summer.
